European research for safer buildings

The Concrete Structures Research Group at FCT NOVA is helping to develop new design rules for safer buildings under seismic actions. At ELSA Reaction Wall we are studying together w/ @sera_research the response of reinforced concrete flat slab structures under gravity & earthquake loads.
